The liaison officer is able to provide confidential one-on-one support for anyone effected by brain injury. We are contactable through phone, email and in person. The team also facilitate regular social groups across Nelson Tasman and Marlborough. We organise and fund a range of activities to reduce isolation and improve quality of life for those living with brain injury.
Information and Education
The Brain Injury association have a wide range of resources relating to different aspects of brain injury from fatigue and anxiety through to relationships and coping strategies.
The liaison officer can advocate with or on behalf of any individual with a brain injury with health providers, external agencies, family members, friends, wider community.

The Brain Injury Association are creative and flexible. We enjoy designing and implement initiatives for the needs of our members, their family and friends. All ideas welcome.
